Well, Hi!

 This is an idea I have been toying with for a while... I, occasionally being a belligerent soul, often find content on social media that is so egregiously incorrect that it induces an almost murderous rage. Unfortunately for me, the comment section is usually full of equally ill-informed people, and trying to debate topics in a reasonable manner rapidly becomes an exercise in futility.

I've been called too emotive, not emotive enough (removing emotive language comes across as condescending, apparently... at least, it does if the person is proving you wrong), had demands for proof, had people upset when you link proof because they can't click links in comment sections, and been called all manner of interesting insults. So, short-form social media be damned... we are here to simply screenshot the offending fools, put together a researched, considered refutation, and post it to get the need to correct malicious asshats out of my system.

Will anyone ever read this? Probably not. I am very convinced the blog as a medium has one foot well and truly in the grave, and the other not far behind. Will it serve a cathartic purpose for me, while preventing me from arguing with fools? Definitely!

Feel free to discuss (reasonably, rationally) in the comments. Discussion is always encouraged, debate is welcome, and an exchange of ideas is hopefully not a long-lost dream, destroyed by fuckwits who seem determined to swing their pathetic metaphorical dicks around on asocial media.
